Information collected
Lead forms may collect intent, ZIP code, service-area status, facility or clinician contact details, role or license type, shift timing or availability, the page submitted from, and optional SMS consent. This information is used for coordinator-led follow-up.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to understand the request, review service-area fit, and contact the facility or clinician about practical next steps. Facility coverage requests and clinician job inquiries are reviewed as separate conversations so follow-up can stay relevant.
SMS and phone consent
If a user checks the SMS consent box, Happy to Help Medical Staffing may contact that user by SMS/text message about the staffing request or job inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not required to submit the form.
Do not submit sensitive information
Do not submit patient names, PHI, medical record numbers, diagnosis details, SSNs, credential documents, payroll records, billing details, or sensitive clinical records through public lead forms, public email, or text messages.
